SIGN CHORUS (2022), conceptualized by artist Moi Tran, was made in collaboration with teachers and students at Central Deaf Service in Da Nang, Vietnam. Sign Chorus brings together deaf and hearing communities through a series of workshops and performances exploring the dynamic relationship between visual and performing arts and sign language. Mai Huyen Chi and Xuan Ha made a performative film documenting the work, and Tran Thao Mien created textile artwork to accompany the exhibitions in Danang, Vietnam and London, UK.
